Corporate Overview

S.G.Group’s aviation arm Fly Asia is an integrated aviation enterprise, headquartered at London, operating out of multiple locations in across the Globe. The core objective of the group is to promote Aviation, Tourism, Employment and assist in Developing new Economic Centres. Company currently operates in the charter airline space and mainly provides flight charter services to Eminent Dignitaries, Political Leaders, Corporates etc. Besides air charter, company also offers aircraft maintenance, airport consulting, flight support services, ground handling services and operates a IATA approved aviation academy. Currently the charter fleet consists of more than Dozen premier aircraft sourced from reputed manufacturers including Cessna and Embraer. S.G,Group received the NOC from Ministry of Civil Aviation to run an international scheduled airline and plans to start operations by Q4 2024/25.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW

The group started its operations in 2007 with third party charter activity and has since expanded into several business activities like :

Non-Scheduled Charter operations - with current fleet of more than a dozen aircraft, largely heavy Jets like Lineage 1000, Legacy 650 (2) and midsize Citation XLS, is amongst the best in the region catering to a Global clientele, flying all over the world.

Own MRO 145 Organization - The company has the required licenses and expertise to do maintenance of its own fleet and other similar aircraft of other operators

Flight Support Services – 24x7 Flight Support Desk supports not only it’s own fleet, but other aircraft as well. It also has the required IATA license to take required landing/overflying permissions for third party aircraft. The Company has now signed several contracts with Fuel Suppliers and FBOs and can offer such services at over 350 airports

Management Services - The Group has often helped start ups and other established players with management expertise in many areas like for Aircraft buying and selling, pre-buy inspections, building inventories, crew identification and training, and several more.

Airport Consulting and Management - One of the group company undertook the master planning for a $100Million private airport project in Eastern Europe and assisted them in securing the needful License.

Aviation Academy - S.G.Group runs one of the leading Aviation Academy in the sphere of General Aviation industry, servicing more than 40 operators for all their Cabin, Cockpit crew & Ground Staff.

NEW FORAYS

Scheduled Airline - The Group has secured a Commercial license called the NOC (No Objection Certificate) and plans to launch a full-fledged Commercial Airline in Q4, 2024/25. Company’s medium term business plan is to enter the low-cost carrier segment and to operate majority of flights to all airports within 4 hours of flying time from Company hub in East & South-East Asia. The plan is to develop a network connecting 47 airports served with a fleet of 60 aircraft in next 5 years. The team has started working on the preparation of various manuals, procedures & systems including operations, engineering, training and flight safety manuals and file them with respective Authorities in due course.

Aviation Concierge Service - One of the Group company has identified lack of FBO facilities and poor City Side support services in the countries and aims to start a new Premium Service filling up the key gaps by September 2024.

Fly Asia Charters

Fly Asia Charter offers tailor made services to domestic or international destination and caters to diverse needs of its esteemed customers, which include Corporates, Celebrities, Senior Government Functionaries, Religious and Political Leaders. This company holds the Operating permit for Charter operations and currently has a fleet of more than a dozen aircraft.

Airport Consulting and Management

S.G.Group Airport Management Services (AMS) has the knowledge and contacts to make your project happen. We can make sure your project has a strong foundation with thorough site selection and analysis, site survey and inspection. We can also provide thorough specification and contract documentation for tender processes.

S.G.Group AMS can also provide onsite superintendent services, quality assurance and commissioning of the finished project.

AMS will outsource geotechnical dising aspects.

Aviation Academy

The group runs one of the biggest IATA approved Aviation Academy for general aviation around the Globe. With a Market Share of over 80%, we train Cockpit and Cabin Crew of majority of aircraft registered under Non-Schedule and Private Category.

In order to meet regulatory requirements or just to stay on top of things airports are often required to undergo annual inspections. S.G.Group AMS is well qualified to provide inspectors as per your requirements.

Management Services

This division of S.G. Aviation offers Aircraft Management and assists with regulatory permissions, customer service support, flight operations, ground handling support and related services.

Project Management

S.G.Group AMS can also provide onsite superintendent services, quality assurance and commissioning of the finished project.

Certification and compliance

S.G.Group AMS can guide you through the process of getting your aerodrome certificate. As a package, S.G.Group AMS can take your aerodrome from uncertified to certified with a minimum of fuss.

Spares Support Services

This newly established division has tied up with large suppliers and offer aircraft spares and consumables to its clients in India.
