Crew Management

SGG controls access to a large pool of experienced and qualified passenger ship officers and crew for all types of ship operations. We will create a customized recruitment and crew training package designed to relieve the pressures from the owner trying to find the right crew for their vessels. This includes:

· Crew screening, selection and recruitment

TRAINING

SGG provides thorough training for all crewmembers and requires that they possess relevant and current qualifications and experience appropriate for each position. We ensure officers have what it takes to lead and that crewmembers are capable of interpreting and understanding key instructions. The result is a shipboard team that’s properly trained and qualified to operate with peak efficiency, safety, flexibility and attention to detail.

In fact, SGG makes sure that all crewmembers onboard our vessels receive familiarization training prior to being assigned duties onboard the vessels. This training program is called Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities and covers aspects of Basic Training as required by STCW. This exclusive SGG tool has been created in partnership with a STCW-certified outside source that also provides the hands-on training onboard.

CHARTERING

As owner, agent and operator of a fleet of offshore vessels, we provide Supply vessels, Anchor Handling Tugs, Landing Crafts, Tugboats, Barges and other utility vessels to our valued clients in various industries.
